Nicole Cutler

Miss Cutler is extremely excited to become a part of the third grade team at Alpine! She can’t even believe this is already her sixth year teaching and she knows that this year will be the best one yet! She loves to build strong connections with parents and students and always has an open door. She just moved this August from Maryland to Colorado and teaching with a mountain view is something she is definitely looking forward to. She has previously taught second, third, and fourth grade in Montgomery County Public Schools in Maryland and just graduated with her Masters in Education to become a Reading Specialist from Johns Hopkins University this May.

Miss Cutler can’t wait to hike her way through the beautiful Boulder scenery and explore with her boyfriend, Tom and her corgi, Bella! While she will miss the fresh crabs and Old Bay seasoning in Maryland, she is ready to take on the Colorado challenge of eating green chile on everything. When she’s not sampling new cuisine or attempting to make innovative dinners, she will be found at the Erie Community Center, swimming laps in the pool or taking a Zumba class. Miss Cutler knows that together, we can dance away all worries and conquer third grade! Get ready for a great year!
