Please meet:  Rose Branca
Position:  1st Grade Teacher
One item checked off her bucket list:   Skydiving and Ziplining.

One item not yet checked off her bucket list: To cross an ocean during travel. 

Favorite teacher and why:  4th Grade Mr. Thacker – he told jokes!   

Morning bird or night owl:    Both.

His favorite part of her job:  Making connection with kids and letting them know I’m here for them.    

What’s the best way to start the day?:    

Singing.
The biggest risk he has taken in his life:   Moving to Colorado on my own with my small child.   

What do you do to stay balanced?:   I spend time with friends and family to re-center myself.    

When you were in elementary school, what did you want to be when you grew up? A teacher or a vet.

What inspires you:   People who never give up and see their failures as opportunities to learn.
