Family Picnic

You are welcome to Alpine for the Whole School Picnic on the last day of school, Thursday, May 22, 11:30-12:00
In order to improve supervision and student safety, we are making a few changes to our picnic.
- During the picnic, the playground will be closed
- Each classroom will have their own picnic zones with boundaries
- If you want to take your children to eat somewhere outside the boundaries of the classroom zone, you must sign them out with the teacher (you can sign them back in if you want)
- All classes will come back inside the building for at least 15 minutes to take attendance before the kickball game begins
- Parents are welcome to sign students out of school with their classroom teachers following the picnic
- 12:30-1:30 Classes and families are welcome to stay for the 5th grade vs. Staff Kickball Game – Playground will still be closed – Ther will be a class section and a family section
Library

Join us in celebrating Alpine Elementary School’s 5th Grade Exhibition, a culminating project in Alpine’s Primary Years Program where our bright 5th grade minds tackle significant global issues like poverty, hunger, climate, and inequality. This event showcases the innovative solutions and passionate commitment our students have towards making a positive impact on the world. We invite you to witness and support our students’ work as they lead us towards a better future.

Register for 2025-2026 Transportation Services
St. Vrain’s Transportation Department is dedicated to consistently delivering excellent service for our students and their families and we are currently preparing for the upcoming school year. If you are interested in having your child ride the bus for the 2025-2026 school year, please apply for transportation services as soon as possible. St. Vrain’s Transportation Department makes every effort to accommodate as many eligible riders as possible. Apply for transportation services online.

Lost & Found

Lost and Found! If your child has anything missing please ask them take a look at lost and found. Parents are also welcome to come and look, please check in at the office first.
Summer Opportunities
2025 SHS Youth Summer Sports Camps
We are excited to offer a variety of summer camps for our local athletes! These camps are held at Skyline High School. Please see the details of each sport for building and/or field location.
Please note the following applies for each sports camp:
- Registration: Official registration for each camp will close at the end of the 1st day of camp. Walk-ins are welcome to attend camp after the first day, but registration has to be complete on that day.
- Refunds: Once an athlete has registered for a camp, no refunds will be issued.
- Medications: Please note that SHS staff will not be available to administer medications or provide medical accommodations. Responsibility and liability for administration of medication lies with the student, not Skyline High School.

There’s Still Time to Register for Innovation Center Summer Programming!
From outdoor adventures and creative design to coding, aeronautics, music innovation, and more—the Innovation Center’s summer programming offers something for every interest and age group. Open to students entering grades 1–12, these hands-on experiences spark curiosity, build new skills, and create lasting memories. Programs run throughout June and July at Timberline PK-8, Westview Middle, and Frederick High.

Extend Your Child’s Preschool Experience with Wraparound Pre-K Care

St. Vrain Valley Schools offers licensed Wraparound Pre-K Care for children ages 3 to 5 at six school sites, providing a safe and enriching environment to complement preschool or as a childcare option for younger learners. With activities in STEAM, literacy, and creative play, children will build skills and confidence in a nurturing setting. Registration for the 2025-2026 school year is open.
