I am so excited to join the amazing team at Alpine Elementary School, serving as your new part time counselor! I am relatively new to Colorado, having spent ten years in Chicago working with youth and families in many different capacities as a clinical social worker. I like to take any opportunity I can get to explore and adventure with my one year old pup, Bonnie- whether it's hitting up a new trail or finding a good spot to set up the tent! We live in a complicated world and navigating it can require a lot of us! I am so grateful to be able to help support and educate our incredible students and staff when it comes to social/emotional health. The more we understand about ourselves and how we think and feel, the better we are able to take on challenges we may face. I am so happy to be here for the St. Vrain Valley community.
