Code of Conduct
Dear Alpine students and families,
Thank you for your partnership and supporting the academic growth, safety, and well-being of our students. Every year, St. Vrain Valley Schools prints an up-to-date version of the Code of Conduct for students and families to review. This important document guides students and school staff on what expectations for school conduct and the consequences for behaviors that fall outside of those expectations. It is important that families review this information every year and acknowledge their receipt and understanding of this document.
To this end, please click here to access an electronic version of the Code of Conduct for the current school year. After you have reviewed this information, all families must sign an electronic acknowledgement that they have received, read, and understand the information contained, including the Annual Notification to Parents/Guardians; Behavioral Code of Conduct; Rights and Responsibilities of Students and Parents; and Board of Education Policies book. To sign your electronic acknowledgement, please follow the steps described here.
Again, thank you for your continued partnership and support. If you have any questions, please feel to call the office at 720-652-8140
Sincerely,
Dr. Amber Marsolek

News from our Counselor
Dear Parents and Guardians,
Hello from the Counseling Corner 🙂 Welcome back to school! We’re thrilled to have your children with us as we kick off another exciting year of learning and growth. As we celebrate our first week back, I want to share some tips on how we can all work together to keep this positive momentum going.
Maintaining Routines: Now that school is back in session, it’s important to maintain a consistent daily routine. The structure of the school day helps children stay focused and engaged, so continuing with regular times for meals, homework, and bedtime will support your child’s success.
Prioritizing Sleep: A good night’s sleep remains crucial for your child’s ability to concentrate, learn, and enjoy their time at school. Ensuring they get 8 to 10 hours of sleep each night will help them feel refreshed and ready to tackle each day with enthusiasm.
Fostering a Positive Attitude: The start of a new school year can bring a mix of excitement and nerves. Encouraging your child to share their feelings about school, celebrating their accomplishments, and reminding them that school is a place for fun, learning, and friendship will keep their spirits high.
We’re already seeing the energy, enthusiasm, and positive attitudes your children bring to school each day, and we’re confident this will be a fantastic year for everyone. Your continued support in maintaining routines, ensuring enough rest, and encouraging a positive outlook is greatly appreciated.
Thank you for being our partners in your child’s education. If you have any questions or need additional support as we continue through the school year, please don’t hesitate to reach out.
Warm regards,
Becky Ramsay, LCSW
