I was born in Utah and have lived in Kentucky, California, Connecticut and graduated in Social Work at Utah State University. I met my husband Blake while he was in the flight program there. I worked at the Logan Regional hospital in Utah as a full time social worker in all the departments, such as medical/surgical, ICU, NICU, pediatrics, Women’s center health, behavioral health, the emergency room and hospice. I have 5 children who all have attended Alpine. I have been coming to Alpine for over 13 years with my family. My oldest son Kyle graduated high school this year from Skyline. Breanne is a senior and Alex is a sophomore at Skyline and both are on the basketball teams. Breanne is also on the golf team. Tyler is in 8th grade and Haylee is in 6th grade and they are attending Trail Ridge Middle school. I worked as a kindergarten para for 4 years and substitute teacher. I attended the Aspire program through CU Denver and became a teacher. I started as a first grade teacher for a year and this will be my second year teaching kindergarten. I love teaching! I’m excited to help students practice and develop new life skills to use now and in the future. I enjoy playing the piano, guitar, watching my children play sports and traveling with my family.
