The bags will be distributed at school weekly on Friday in a confidential manner. We have up to 30 slots available for families to opt their children into the program. The 30 slots will be granted on a first come, first served basis. If you complete this form in by Wednesday, September 1 and are confirmed, your child will receive their first bag of food on Friday, September 3.
You only need to fill out one form per family. Please indicate each child attending Alpine that you would like to receive a bag. You will receive an email confirming your child’s enrollment in this program. Registration is good for the 2021-2021 school year.
